First of all, thank you so much for developing this program. It makes my career so much easier! I've been using KSS about 4 years, and it's been great to use. However some point last year (2015), video started to buffers and bounces pretty often and it's really hard for me to make accurate sync. I don't know why or what happened. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, and I've tried to initialize my laptop because of this issue, but didn't fix the problem. When I play the video with video program it's perfectly fine, but when I play the video with KSS, it's still skipping and bouncing. It's getting beyond annoying and getting me upset when I work. Would you tell me the solution? My laptop is using Windows 7.

This is a very old application that hasn't been updated for 4 years already. It's normal to question its compatibility with newer operating systems. I recommend removing the version installed on your computer, then install one of the versions listed on the Google Code Archive webpage.
Note: Before you install it, right click the setup package and choose Properties, then go to Compatibility. Select Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the list and accept the changes then launch it.
